Il punto assistenza si trova vicino all'incrocio tra via Tortosa e Corso De Stefania in prossimità del bar all'angolo al di sotto del piano stradale. È aperto fino alle 17.00 e non fino alle 19.00 come risulta da internet. Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzo della chiamata del tecnico 60€.

Se dovrò cambiare la mia lavatrice in futuro, prima di acquistarne una, verificherò che sia una marca assistita dalla 2 S.G.; l'assistenza è la componente più importante, anche rispetto al prezzo d'acquisto. La 2 S.G. si è preoccupata di fornirci i pezzi di ricambio in tempi brevissimi e sempre a costi più che onesti.
